The Restaurant - Wine Selection

Wine is fantastic on its own, whether it is a fruity Sauvignon Blanc on a summer's afternoon or even a deep red during a winter evening in front of the fire. However, fusing it with fantastic food helps pull out some of the flavours that you may not usually taste whilst drinking it without food.

To help you choose the correct wine with your meal we have graded all of the wines. The reds are graded from an "A" for a light red to an "E" for a heavy one. The whites are graded from "1" for a very dry through to "9" for very sweet.

Enjoy your wine
